Key Account Manager (KAM)

Job Description / Responsibility

• Provide leadership to team members by understanding and communicating business strategy and priorities.
• Responsible for development, execution, and overall team performance .
• Training and development support for team members to ensure high competencies and individual development and growth.
• Analysis of execution by team against business plan and KPIs to identify issues, barriers and best practices.

Education Qualifications

• Graduate/ Masters in any discipline, preferably science up to HSC

Additional Qualifications

• Age 30 to 35 years.
• Clear understanding about Communication, Leadership & Strategic thinking skill.

Experience Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the relevant field
