Jr. Executive, Creative Design

Job Description / Responsibility

• Must be well experienced with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, and Adobe in Design, Adobe Muse etc.
• Responsible for design of all Packaging Items.
• Responsible for product design by adopting innovative ideas & concept.
• Design through applying design skills, including the effective use of color, form, lighting and composition etc.
• Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
• Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy.
• Mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts to prepare layouts for different media.
• Developing interactive design.
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
• Any other responsibilities as required by the Management.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor of Fine Arts.
• Educational background may be relaxed based on expertise.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Creative Design.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Graphic Design (Computer Aided).
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Event Management, Design/Printing/Publishing.
• Expertise on 3D design skill will be added quality.
• Experience on brochure design, corporate profile, newspaper ad, greeting card, visiting card etc.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Long term work mentality.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Should have good communication and Interpersonal skill.
• Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical abilities, leadership skill & passion to grow.
• Must be quick learning capability and positive attitude needed in any kind of new technology.
